For stress and anxiety: Bananas, honey, ginger root, and lemon juice.

For depression: Tuna (omega 3 fatty oil)

For high blood pressure (diabetics): Raisins

For constipation/gas: Yogurt (plain organic preferrably)

For preventing kidney stones: Apricots

For nausea: Ginger tea

For headaches: Potatoes

For high cholesterol: Pears

For fatigue: Orange juice

For ulcers: Cabbage

For yeast infection: Garlic
